How To Make Hariyali Paneer Tikka In Microwave

Paneer tikka is an Indian dish made from chunks of paneer marinated in spices and grilled in a tandoor. It is a vegetarian alternative to chicken tikka and other meat dishes. It is a popular dish that is widely available in India and countries with an Indian diaspora.


  • 500 gms. Paneer (cubes)
  • 1 Onion (cubes)
  • 2 tsp. Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 4 tsp. Mint + Coriander Paste
  • ¼ tsp. Garam Masala
  • 2 tsp. Oil
  • 2 Capsicum (cubes)
  • 3 tsp. hung Curd
  • ½ tsp. roasted Jeera
  • 1 tbsp. Cream
  • ½ tsp. Amchoor
  • 1 tsp. Ajwain
  • Salt to taste
  • Pinch of red/orange colour

  1. Mix all the ingredients and keep it aside for marinade for at least ½ an hour.
  2. Place on a greased baking tray in the preheated oven on Dual Roast mode for 12 min.
  3. Serve hot with green chutney, lime slice, and onion rings.


Chef’s Tip: Pre-heated of oven is necessary for better results. Instead of tandoori colour, turmeric powder can be used. Spinach paste can be used for Hariyali.
